Presentations from GLSEN (Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Education Network), King Spry law firm, Equality Pennsylvania, and other organization leaders who are all united by their passion for equality and commitment to creative safe and supportive school environments for LGBTQIA students. Presentations will cover a range of topics, such as inclusive school curriculum, considerations for early childhood settings, fostering safe environments through the arts, Title IX adherence in schools, health behaviors and services in the LGBT community, and bullying. This event is open to current and pre-service educators, counselors, school psychologists, administrators, and youth advocates.
